Requirements:
Current LPN license in good standing (NJ)
BLS/CPR certification
Responsibilities:
Provide routine nursing care (administer injections/medications, change dressings) under RN supervision
Monitor patient status and vital signs; document findings accurately in EMR
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and support staff to implement care plans
Mentor CNAs and nursing students, delegating tasks as needed
Maintain patient safety and comfort in all activities
